You are in a different zone than I am, so my advice might not help much. I do know that most heuchera like to be dry at times, but some people have had a hard time growing in warmer climates in full sun. Palace Purple is probably correct. I am not familiar with Beaujolais. Here in zone five my many Palace Purple are care wise, ignored. No extra water, growing in dappled sunlight, no spring clean up by me and they thrive.

I grow Beaujolais and Palace Purple. The ID's you have for them seem correct. I am in Central Ohio, just Northeast of Columbus. According to the charts, I am in zone 6a, but feel like it tends to be more of a solid zone 5b, with microclimates of a zone 6a.

The Beaujolais are growing on the East side of my home, under an overhang, full sun until 2pm, and very dry conditions. They grow quite large, bloom profusely, and provide nice texture and color during the winter...provided I am able to keep the deer and rabbits from eating them down to the ground.

I grow Palace Purple on the south side of my home, in full, all-day sun with sharply draining soil. Since I water other, less established plants in the same bed, receive some water through the hottest part of the growing season, otherwise they do get a little crisp around the edges.
