Doubt that you will be able to find that exact pull.

What I would do (if searching for a match came up empty) is buy two pulls that are complementary to the existing pulls and put those on the top drawer.

Or all new pulls. You'll probably need to match the footprint of the existing because the wood color beneath the existing is likely a bit different than the exposed wood is.

Where have you looked? There are a bunch of online suppliers of tools and parts for woodworkers. I checked Restoration Hardware for you and they don't seem to have anything in that style at all - it's gone very modern despite the name. But there will be others.

Check Lee Valley Tools and also Old Quebec Hardware. Both carry a large selection of pulls. If you can't find the exact match you can likely find something complimentary that will work.

Look for "drop bail pulls" online. For example,

We would suggest making a mold out of the existing pull using play dough (or some other malleable material) and giving that mold to a metal works supplier to see if they make a replica for you. Same thing for the plaque as shown.

If you cannot find the ring pull, then buy replacement ring pulls.

That third one above looks close enough that if there was a pair on a dresser with the other ones, I would probably be fine with it.

Ebay probably has hundreds of salvaged ones for sale, once you know what keywords to look for.
