I think straight line quilting can be very attractive. And yours proves it.

There is a crafty class by Jacquie Gehring showing this technique, and she has books as well.

but don't we feel good when we figure it all out without help. Bravo!

Most of my quilting is loop to loops too, lol. I'm going to have to try your trick!

Teresa...It Looks Great, well done! I wasn’t crazy about straight line quilting until I took a class with Jackie Gering this year. Wow, her workshop and her quilts inspired me, but I’m not sure I have the patience to do more than a wall hanging or baby quilt With straight line.

Personally, I prefer the straight line quilts; though I think that's because I've never mastered loop-de-loops!
