Comments (1)Yes, all the plants must go. As for the rest, I would wait until you can save up enough to make a decent job of this. Landscaping is the frame for your house and I'm afraid shortcuts will do you no favors. Getting rid of all the plants is a good first step. It may be great for you to wait and live with this for a while anyway.
