Did you try contacting the manufacturer to see if you can purchase replacements?

I don't think you can use the internal mechanism with another manufacturer's lever handles and plates. It's not a universal type of element.

We changed the design and since it is out of warranty, we no longer sell parts for those older style Atrium doors. However, you can find parts for them at www.atriumparts.com. I understand that Atrium Doors is now Ashworth. I have some Atrium Door hardware on my doors and I am wondering if the Ashworth handle hardware will work on the doors?

Emtek sells aftermarket hardware that works on other manufacturers doors. Carefully disassemble one handle, measure where the components are. If you have a good lumberyard near you that sells emtek taking them the handle is probably easiest. I just got new patio doors and opted to install emtek handles versus the manufacturers handles as I had more options that way.
