Thanks for updating the video of the wren. It's fascinating to see how she just keeps making herself comfortable on the egg then looks like she's trying to go to sleep with her head tucked under her wing. Amazing.

My Carolina Wren has 7 eggs. What NestCam do you use?

I love Carolina wrens but I've only seen one here in my garden one season a few years back, They are so cute. Who knew they could lay so many eggs Nice photo.

I bought it several years ago. It is similar to the Birdhouse spy cam Hawkeye camera they have on Amazon. I have to run the wires up the side of the house to a computer and monitor. It was suppose to be color but it always shows black and white inside the next box with the low light.

Wow, so helpless. I'm so used to animals standing up and being so functional when they are born. It's amazing to see that the chicks really are so fragile, just like us.

I know what I'm getting for Christmas now. Heck, maybe I should get hubby a camera for Father's Day. Is it OK to get them a gift that's really for yourself?! ;-)
