Floors refinished - identify weird marks help!!

We had new floors installed in our remodel and also refinished our old floors. The polyurethane was applied in two phases - to the old floors and then on the new. After the application in each phase these weird marks appears ( not swirl marks). They almost look like the wheels or part of the refinishing equipment. Any clue what happened? They are hard to see unless the light hits in the right way but I’ve circled them to try and help.
I am clueless about the equipment used to refinish so I don’t have enough knowledge to solve this mystery.
