Rubber tree dying quickly HELP!

Please help! I have a rubber tree that has started dropping leaves. They turn multiple colors before they drop and even change texture. I tried repotting and trimming some of the roots, giving it better drainage, making sure there were no pests and spraying it with some neem oil. The soil mixture was just a miracle grow mixture, with some perlite, and earthworm castings. That has been a couple weeks and it’s in even worse shape. It was getting low light in the house so I got a grow light, that didn’t seem to help so I brought it out to the porch to get morning sun and afternoon shade but the leaves are getting very droopy and almost wrinkly. Anyone, please help. Moisture meter is saying it’s not over or under saturated. I don’t fertilize often.
