I like the dark gray and the light gray, but not the brown. Why don't you do a pure white on the siding? Why aren't you going to the ground with the stone?

Agree! Not a fan of the brown either. We still have to do quite a bit of backfilling yet.

I like the lightest of the siding samples you have in the picture. That's definitely a cooler gray and doesn't have any brown in it that I can see. Also, as houssaon suggested you could use a cool white tone.
