Allura Cement Siding POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Allura customer service washes its hands of any obligation for its warranty. they simply tell me efflorescence and that isnt the case. VERY slow to respond, cant even bother sending paint. Spent over $10K in material and not even helping.

I wouldnt use them going forward.

If it eases the sting a little, try comparing what Hardie costs vs. Allura.

It's probably 50% more. I had minor issues that were not a deterrent from me purchasing again.

Warranties generally aren’t worth the paper they are written on.

we had problems with cracking and fading with fiber cement on our last house. Not Allura. The company replaced the cracked boards and we paid for labor. The whole house had to be repainted due to fading on the south side. The company provided a few buckets of paint, lol.

good luck! We went with a natural product this time.
