My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Kitchen hardware in coastal location - brass vs zinc?

We are doing a kitchen remodel and are located near the ocean. Not near enough that any spray reaches our home, but close enough that things like paper clips and screen doors don't last very long. Trying to decide between solid brass (with satin nickel finish) cabinet hardware, or a zinc alloy material. This is our "forever home," but we are in our sixties and don't need the hardware to last half a century haha. Advice?
