how to change pot filler orientation?

Hello !

Our plumbing for pot filler is sitting at 24 inches from the counter top and unfortunately our stone wall is already in. I am looking for a way to take a pot filler and reverse is so the mount is above the tap. What pot fillers are able to do this? i have found some are unable to be reversed... any suggestions?? Or if there is a way I can add something sturdy to drop the height down from the top?
