My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

feedback on Irobot Roomba type floor cleaners...

Just looking to get input on this type of floor cleaner/sweeper. Whether it be a $200. off brand or an actual Roomba. Love it, hate it, worth the money? I've seen some brands other than the Roomba for $150-$200. that have pretty good reviews.
