No. Unless your realtor tells you it's a must for a sale, you have no way of knowing if the buyer would like the original wood. I like the wood tone I see in your picture and would hate knowing I had missed out on it were it painted.

I also agree. Leave it, if new owners want to paint it, then, its up to them. This way, they get a choice.

Don’t paint it! Where I live (the Bay Area), original wood trim is very desirable. People are really excellent to see it. It’s a huge plus.

A buyer might prefer what you have, and can always paint it if they don't. It looks fine as is, so don't fix something that isn't broken.
