Looking for High Quality Engineered Floor Recommendations/Experiences

We are redoing a 1918 house in Bend, OR where the temps can go from 14-94 in 6 months and the humidity ranges from low to really low. As beautiful as it is, solid hardwood is not an option for us. Although it is the obvious choice from a durability standpoint, I have vetoed LVP due to the chemical/environment impacts.

We fell in love with California Classics Calabria, a smoked French Oak, wire brushed, matte finish:

only to find out they stopped making it due to a lumber shortage. The flooring person recommended Duchateau but with 2 dogs I worry about the oil or wax finishes. (Our dogs nails are Dremmeled every 7 days so we've mitigated as much of that as is possible but still...) 5 minutes on the Provenza discussion boards steered me away from that option.

I'd love recommendations for a high quality engineered floor brand with a durable finish that may actually be available over the next 8 weeks. Ideally wide plank, 72"+ length, 4mm+ wear layer and a refinishable...finish (I've read aluminum oxide may not be refinishable). Anecdotes on how it holds up to real life greatly appreciated!
