Fellow rosarians, need some help with these roses-

Rouge royale, Rainy Blue, Julia Child and William Shakespeare. Which one would you say is good against thrips, high humidity, balling up and heat? I am thinking nof getting these and any input from you guys would be appreciated!Edit- i come from a place with high humidity (85% average annual) , temperatures from 7-38 degree centigrade, clayey-loam soil, and heavy rains (140+ days and about 107 inches annually. ) Zone 10b-11a

Hey, i just replied the same thing in the last post that you had asked this on. Heavy rain, clayey loam soil, thrips, balling up and heat.

Without knowing your climate and gardening conditions, I'd say that Julia Child would be your best bet in general to grow a trouble free rose of the group you list. I grow Julias, two since 2006. I grow Rouge Royale and love it. It doesn't have thrips or balling problems, but the high humidity might be a problem. Do you have lots of powdery mildew and blackspot in your area? Diane

Umm... Haven't seen powdery mildew but blackspot occasionally comes and takes a toll.

My climate is a zone 10b-11a.
