My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Tips for choosing/working with contractors on disability renovations?

I'm interested in rennovating the in-law suite on my property to accommodate my disabled father (he is wheelchair bound). Does anyone have any tips about navigating this process? We'll be doing a full bathroom rennovation, replacing flooring, and adding ramps to the exterior.
