Species most likely to be tectorum but any cultivar name would just be guessing. There are literally thousands - they come and go - and many with almost nothing to distinguish them from a similar looking selection. But they ALL share monocarpism so the rosette in the first photo is on its way out.

I have to agree on the sempervivum being a Sempervivum tectorum cultivar or hybrid

I also did some research on sempervivum montanum and I believe the plant in the photo could be a hybrid between tectorum and montanum

as I have hybridised these two together in the past none of my seedlings or plants are as amazing as this specimen. Maybe when I cross the hybrids in the future I might get some plants like the one in the image.
