If those are all your breakers, then turning them all off will turn off all the power. However, why do you want to do this? If you're not home, there will be no significant power use. You might save a few cents a month since clocks and electronic devices will use a tiny bit of power, but then you'll have to re-set everything when you get back. Also, how is your place heated, and is there any concern about freezing weather in the winter months?

Not to scare you, but you should have that panel swapped out sooner than later. federal pacific are a widly known fire hazard.

I think that's a sub-panel. There's no main disconnect that I can see there.

Turning off all of those breakers will cut power unless there's another panel someplace.
