Undercabinet lighting questions

Hello all, I am looking for information about how LED hard-wired undercabinet lighting will work in my kitchen renovation. We want LED lights with a low profile as the wall cabinets will not have any molding/rails at the bottom.

Has anyone intalled LED light strips or LED low profile light bars? If so, would you please post pictures and provide info about the product?

And I obviously have NO idea about how this works - but is it possible to have 3 separate sections wired to the same (dimmable) light switch in the kitchen?

Finally, please see my kitchen wall where we'll need the undercabinet lighting...the sink is not pictured - it's going to be on an island. We'll need 3 separate sections of undercabinet lighting - starting from the left: the 60" section between the fridge and the range, the 18" cabinet to the right of the range, and the 60" section to the right of the window. Please ignore the fact that the microwave is too high...it will not be like that.

Where would you put the dimmable light switch for the undercabinet lighting? Thanks!
