Yes there mild cleaners that should clean your siding. You won't need to pressure wash. I garden hose with a sprayer is enough.

I would do an earthy red on the trim and front door and brown on the garage doors. I would remove the railing from the section in front of the door and add a short path from the driveway to the front door.

If you don't sit outside facing the street under the porch roof, consider removing it when the other work is being done. It doesn't look like part of the original design.

I like the idea of removing the front panel of the porch to open it up. The siding is separate from the house. This house originally had a four-car garage.
