We had a handful of 80 degree days very early in the season, but that’s it. In fact, it’s been unusually cold, and trees and shrubs are just now leafing out, about three weeks behind the usual timeframe.

I found the tag, it’s Victoria; I planted two of them, the other is much smaller right now.

That stretch of 80 degree days could do it, And Victoria is an older variety that tends to be a heavy flower producer once the plants hit maturity anyway.
