The plants help, but there is a large fluidized beed filter and UV light sterilizer just out of sight down the hill below the oaks.

Can you provide more detail on how exactly you construct these floating steps? Interested in building a Koi pond with such a feature but not sure how to construct or waterproof. Thank you in advance.

They are pre cast and then mortared on concrete pedestals.
