Hello we filed our plans with the New York DoB on March 15 and are still waiting for approvals.

Our job requires structural work in a townhouse (not landmarked).

We finally had some movement a few weeks ago when they asked about fire protection measure. We responded about 2 weeks ago. And now silence again.

Any feedback on how long permits typically take these days?
