I agree with P Banos. I would also like to add that you could purchase a vinyl tile flooring. It's easy to install and would not cost much. It would definitely enhance the appearance of that powder room. I would also get a nice frame for that mirror.

This is a flip? I like sink and the floor and would keep them. Unless there's something wrong with this, I'd not do anything major. Freshen up the grout and paint. Then maybe update the mirror, faucet, TP holder and towel bar to match (the styles are random and don't go with the modern sink). That's about it.

I would look at a wall paper, and a new light fixture to bring charm without clutter. Id also consider a new mirror, that one seems off. the toilet paper and towel rack also seem off.

Placement is so odd, I’d remove towel rack and use a ring or hook, placed on wall left of sink (and move toilet holder closer to toilet). Having no counter, consider a narrow towel holder/shelf if space allows, for soap, etc. Can’t see your lighting, but that can make a big difference.

Decide on a style/color scheme and then choosing items will be easier.

Here are some inexpensive ideas for enhancing that small powder room in a flip house:

1. Don't repaint the room - that color is a good neutral.

2. If the fire extinguisher has to stay in the room, put it inside of the cabinet along with some extra rolls of toilet tissue.

3. Hang an art piece over the toilet. This one: "Treeline by Katrina Pete" size 20x30 can be found on the website that rhymes with "Bay hair" (_ay_air.com) for $46.

4. Add hand towels in a medium-dark color like these: "Marin 100% cotton hand towels in Mineral Blue" (set of 6) for $29.99 on "Bayhair".

5. Place a seagrass waste basket on the floor where the fire extinguisher was and add some towels (rolled and placed on their end): "Seagrass waste basket" for $16.63 on Bayhair.

6. Place a second seagrass basket by the sink (under the toilet tissue holder) for trash.

7. If the step stool is staying in the room, cover the top step with self-adhesive contact paper.

You can turn this room around for less than $105 with items from Bayhair (shipping will be free) and it will look great!
