Either could be beautiful. Do you have sample photos? Photo of roof color?

Have you considered red or white "reclaimed" brick. I always think it stands the test of time.
We did a white reclaimed brick years ago and it still looks outstanding.

the color is personal preference. i would strongly recommend you see the EXACT brick on a completed home similar to yours. choosing brick from a small sample or even one completed wall will not give a true picture of the final look. drive around, look at new construction, model homes etc. the brick companies can give you addresses of recently bricked homes which were done in colors you're considering.
also look on houzz for various combos. ie: key up red brick with dark trim or khaki trim. OR white brick with charcoal trim, etc.

I'd go with a black roof whichever way you go.

I would definitely do a white brick. It will be a stand-out in your setting! White will also stand the test of time. You have a lovely house! Please post pictures when it’s finished!
