Going to be hard to exactly match the color in the Silestone. What I recommend is a ceramic that has some variegation. Similar to this.

I can't comment on what backsplash to use but I installed this in my bathrooms and I love it. Our bathrooms are painted Sherwin Williams Kilim Beige so you can see how well those colors go together and perhaps give you an idea for your backsplash.

Green goes well with warm colors, and green is appropriate given the style of your cabinets (Craftsman). Have you looked at greenish glass? Sometimes trying to get neutrals to match is too much work. I like the color of the ogee tile you're showing, but not the shape. Subway is a better fit with the style of your kitchen.
