First bedrooms can be quite different in style than the rest of the house . As for the chouces I like the wood it creates that bridge from bedroom to bathroom but The gray floor is not ideal with the wood Do you have gray in the bedroom ? I like all the same 12 x24 porcelain tile for both bathroom floors and shower walls that keeps things simple . I think now white might work for the vanity unless you have black in the bedroom . Maybe post a pic of the bedroom .Post it here in a comment just to give a bit of context/

Wood. It adds a natural finish to the bathroom. You can add any color to it for walls, etc. (And a future owner could always paint it.). Next choice would be white. Again, classic choice. Neutral. Versatile. Not Gray.

Wood. And I wouldn't do a shaker panel if you like something a bit more contemporary - go for it. There are great ways to mix contemporary and traditional in the same home.

I love wood and marble. It also warms the otherwise cool color pallet up a bit.

The porcelain that looks like marble is called Golden Age. Its matte and made in Italy. It’s about $6-8 a foot retail.
