'Edith' or 'Edit' are not registered cultivar names according to the ACS database so perhaps a cultivar also known or more widely recognized under another name. It also appears that any vendors selling this tree are located in the UK or Europe

i have some vague recollections that this was mentioned in one of the great conifer picture books a decade or so ago.. maybe something like van hoey's ... was that the 2 tome bible back in the day ....

there a a lot of blue spruce names.. which you will NEVER find in the trades...

being a blue freak.. i collected quite a few in the day.. and frankly... they are all the same blue.. with very minor form differences... so any one can substitute for another...

that said.. they hunt was 90% of the fun.. back in the day.. lol

@tsugajunkie z5 SE WI ♱ Located in Colorado. I saw someone's Edith that they had ordered from Conifer Kingdom back when they offered them and no other blue conifer variety even remotely came close.

I checked Gee's but I don't think they ship and I didn't see it on their availability list.

You could always call and ask or maybe email them as this is their busiest time. Maybe he’ll graft one for you.
