which light pendant to use in kitchen?

I have light greige cabinets and travertine floors. My pendants currently bother me so much and I want to change but find it difficult to pick something that will complement the cabinet and floor color. Which would you choose?

greige
clear glass with gold/bronze accent
rattan look

You have a beautiful kitchen. From what I can tell your home looks traditional but your furnishings contemporary. I think the greige one would compliment the two styles.

Your kitchen is beautiful. The rattan chandelier looks kind of cheap to me. The greige doesn't stand out enough. The glass one looks like it will disappear. I'd get another glass option that has a bit more metal accent or more appealing shape.

What do you not like about your current ones? Shape, color, everything? They look really nice to me but I can see how everything is getting a bit monotone in there.

It's a shame you dont like the ones you have they are so pretty!. No to clear, actually I really dont like any of them for your space. What is it you dont like?

Thank you ladies! You’re all so nice to chime in here and I appreciate all your comments.

Joy- bullseye! My house is traditional but my furnishings are modern.thank you for your input and compliment!

Kendrah- thank you for your compliment! I gotta say, you have a good eye because all three of these light fixtures are from ikea. I didn’t want to spend much because I’m not sure if I want to commit. I don’t like how it adds to the monotone feel and how it makes the kitchen look dark. I just don’t like the silver dark grey color and wanted something a little more lighter and brighter

Rl- I don’t like the color of the fixtures and how it makes the kitchen look dark and monotonous. Haha… you have a good eye too because those fixtures are all from ikea. I didn’t want to spend too much because I wasn’t sure how I would like it. Im scared I will install another fixture that I’ll end up not liking

I love the look of the rattan ones, but I don't think they are terribly practical for a kitchen application. I like Maureen's idea and I'd also consider something that has some contrast, like a black shade. Some examples:

i was going to say black as well. but you could go white, or even color. I think a white globe would pop well.

I don't think your pendants are doing much, either, sorry. I chose the Ikea fixture on the left but I agree with RL on a white or a color. Maybe add a wooden cutting board and/or a plant in a colorful container to your counters?

Dont get something cheap because you are afraid to commit. Though I totally understand the temptation! Set a reasonable price for your budget and find something you love.
