if you are keping the media cabinet I think a black or very dark rug would look best but not one with a strong repeat pattern

This is another option i like this rug too but not sure if it can create some contrast

maybe with lots of light blue pillows and white pillows on the sofa

if i did this one i'd paint the TV wall black

I like the floral motif on this rug with your artwork, though the price for such a large rug makes me question the quality. I think this room could be transformed with a dark color on the walls. I like this Bejamin Moore color similar to the mock-up from BeverlyFLADeziner. Without additional photos, I couldn’t say if it would work with the rest of your decor.

This is a lovely rug, but the largest is 8 x 10. Do you know what size you need?

i think my rug size that i need is 7 by 9 or bigger currently i have 5’3” by 7

Love your toss pillows, they go very nicely with what you have. I'm with Beverly!

Absolutely group those photos on a shelf or in a single, closely spaced row. They are too small and too numerous to stand alone.

Thank you! so much better
