I am hoping to add a big dining table as well as tv with a seating area to my screened in porch. I would love if it could be used a good part of the year, especially football season for my football crazy friends and family. I’m in north Georgia, so it does get cold in the middle of winter, but late fall and early spring I’m hoping a heater of some sort would make it a cozy spot to eat or watch a game.

The propane towers are wonderful, but make me nervous. I’d like the heaters that mount on the wall and can be operated with a remote. The articles I’ve read all say infrared heat is safe and does a great job in open areas like a porch, but the articles are so slick so I suspect they are really just marketing lol. I’d love to hear from anyone who actually has them. Or feel free to suggest other options if you have any.
