any new year resolutions that you are thinking about and obtainable? i will try to declutter but in baby steps. maybe one room or a few boxes so i know this is obtainable.

Can I vent how I dislike using HOUZZ on the phone? It takes longer to make a post on the phone then at the computer, go figure right?

Wonderful sign me up! I’ll be working on a resolution list this weekend, it helps me evaluate and refocus. I’m also going to pick a word for the year! Happy New Year!

I am not sure how many members here were around during plant traders but many years ago we had a member, Shirley Colosimo. I believe she was one of the founding members of FOTESS. I met with her a few times when she lived in Michigan and I was in Ohio. A very sweet lady. she left the group and I lost touch with her. I happened to just google her name and found ahe passed away last year.

I thought I would share in case she had friends still frequenting here. I am sure ahe will be missed.

I’ll be celebrating my birthday on January 12. I will be the young age 67. lol

Anyone check out Baker Creek Heirloom seeds lately? Anyone go seed shopping or seed window looking? i havent gone online yet to check, just wondering whats everyone eyeing or buying?

I have more seeds then ever but i am always trading and looking. It just makes me happy. I havd been going through my seeds and seeing how snd where they are planted.

I got a library card for the first time in years. I was lookinv for a book and found a seed library. Woo hoo. I’ve been packaging up my extra seeds to take in.

My card is going out tomorrow.

Margo, Thanks for the information about Shirley C. So sad. I had a feeling she had health problems because we simply stopped hearing from her and she posted so regularly to the group for a long time.

Morning Everyone! Hope the weather isn't dampering your garden. Any Hallmark watchers here? I luv watching their movies although I know many will say the plot is basically the same in majority of their movies. Also, luv Hallmark cards, their messages on there plus their quality of cards as well. I am glad they have Hallmark cards that they sell for lower prices such as the ones I find at Dollar Tree in my area.

Thank you for the birthday wishes. Hubby and I took a drive to Charlotte, NC to hit up IKEA. we are remodeling the garage and adding two rooms. We are looking for a new bed.

Had a hard time finding a restaurant I wanted to eat at. Everything was the same old, pizza and or pasta, Mexican, or chains. Finally found a bar and grill that had just what I wanted, ribs. They were delicious and I also had an alcoholic raspberry lemonade drink. Boy was that strong, I was feeling it 1/2 way through. I am a wine drinker and don’t like to drink things that strong although it was good.

No luck on the bed but did get ideas.

Melinda ~ thanks for letting me know you mailed to Kim. Mail is not as fast as before. I had sent to someone not once but twice in another garden group that I am in, both times, the member didn't receive it. It may have gotten lost.

I sent Kim an email and rremailed her card and seeds in middle if February! The 2 nd set. I have not heard from het or anyone since she should have received them way back in February. I hope she received the 2 nd set!

I am having surgery for colon resection on The 11th. So please if anyone has heard from her or if she could shoot me a text, as to whether she got second card and seeds, I would appreciate it.
