These lights are fairly inexpensive on Amazon and IMO add an artistic element.

Having a light source directed only at the ceiling over a dining room table would not create the light quality I would desire.

I like the first one you posted the best.

I like 1 and 3..but it depends on what other elements you may add..and scale..which is hard to tell from photos…you have very little decor ..so it is hard to tell what your vibe is..for instance will there be art on the walls?

Here's another idea, although the long rectanglular style would be best probably.

its a lovely space, but a chandelier with some curve to it - a la Bev and Beth, would balance out the “squareness” of the chairs , table, rug and pillar and door frames.

I like the idea of a cool work-of-art chandelier....but if it's too weird or cheap looking you'll tire of it quickly. #2 of the ones you chose is my favorite.
