I bought cream furniture with pillows to match the wall color. I am a fish out of water. I was trying to make sure the color was a good choice. Thanks ladies!

I'd love to see more pictures of your kitchen and family room? What was the color name of your paint? Was it Gossamer by Benjamin Moore? or Palladian blue or another color?

I just did the same kitchen color combination, white cabs with a dark espresso island. I have ivory marble floors, looks like you may have the same? We had already painted the great room before deciding to do the kitchen..but I would have definately chosen something in the blue-green family. I love your wall color ! What color granite did you choose.

My first reaction to the color is "soothing", and I love it! Are you going to paint between the counter and the upper cabinets? Same color, or maybe 1-2 shades darker?

I really like this wall color here! A soft blue is very pretty with the white cabinets!

Our laundry room looks very similar with white cabinets, but ours is with a light blue-ish grey wall color. Love it! We have white cabinets in our kitchen & almost all the bathrooms, but still choosing countertops. The fun continues!

We closed on the house last week. I will post pictures tomorrow. The paint color is SW Comfort Gray. We chose river white granite and a blue/gray backsplash. I chose a cream grout to tie in the cabinets.

Can't wait to see your finished photos! We are looking at granites that are light, white, with some grey. Wine river (last block they had was really white & pretty) or Andromeda. Looked at Quartzite (White Macubas too, it's a natural/real stone & looks like like marble, very soft lines in it. Too directional for our layout tho.

Picking out paint is the worst... I like it. MAYBE a little brighter might be good for the a kitchen. I want to do something like this in my bathroom.

The blue cabinet is nice. The wall color may get tiring.
