It's a Maytag Neptune Drying Cabinet. Introduced in the early 2000s, long discontinued. The bottom is a regular tumble dryer. The top is a drying cabinet for items that shouldn't be tumbled or to dry or refresh/dewrinkle jackets, slacks, etc. It has several mesh shelves (removable) for laying items flat (such as sweaters) and a bar at the top for items on hangers. The bar slowly jiggles sideways to simulate blowing in a light breeze. The narrow door at the lower right has a water bottle to generate steam into the drying cabinet and a caddy/frame to hold a softener sheet for fragrance.
