Just don't place the light fixtures too high. See where it is in your inspiration pic? You want the light source at eye level. If more than one person will use the bathroom use the average height. Although if the users aren't full-grown, go with a height appropriate for an adult. You don't want to move a junction box later. Children can always use a step stool and they're generally not applying make-up or shaving. :-)
