If you expect the faucet on the vanity and the one in the shower to match, YOU NEED TO SELECT BOTH FROM THE SAME MANUFACTURER

Let's use some common sense.

You can probably mix and match for towels bars, light fixtures and cabinets handles, but not on plumbing.

They aren't fixtures, they're fittings. The fixtures are the toilet, sink, tub, etc.

Anyway, if you can't get faucets or other fittings from the same manufacturer, you need to go to a plumbing or hardware store and see what works best with the shower fitting. They aren't going to match exactly, but you probably can get something close. If you don't like the combination then go with a different manufacturer that has all the items you need in the same finish.

Eyes will overlook a slight color variation as long as the styles and shapes are the same. So you’ll need to match as best as you can handles and curves and proportions of the fittings. But more importantly, why the attachment to one lone showerhead that will make finding mates that much harder when there are so many entire fittings families out there that contain everything you’d need?

Why are you set on something that has not adjoining partners? THAT faucet etc is not anything never seen before. Many make it. Keep looking.
