Daltile Calacatta alabaster quartz stains

Hello! Our newly installed Daltile Calacatta alabaster quartz is a white quartz with brown veining. In between veins, there are splotches that look like paint stains. They are not on the surface. Who is responsible for remedying the defects in the quartz- manufacturer or fabricator?

Fabricator can ground it out and fill it with epoxy but it might not be a perfect match with having speckles like the rest of it. Did you view the slabs before ordering? To me it looks like it's just part of the quartz slab in general, not necessarily a flaw. I'd call my fabricator first and go from there.

Variations in patterns is not a defect. Neither is resin pooling. None of that is a warranty claim.
