Have you looked on line for ideas, as it really depends on your taste. I’d remove or replace the sconces (proportions are off) and add a mantle, if it wouldn’t interfere when walking past.

If you want a wall treatment though, compare costs and narrow down ideas that will best suit the room.

I suggest a simple wood floating mantel, new sconces (I find the ones you have would be more appropriate over a vanity), hang side curtains on the window, and place a proper counter stool at your counter instead of an armchair.

If you end up keeping the sconces, or just changing the fixtures (do you ever turn them on?), they look like they were installed too high, so you might want to move the junction boxes down. But a different fixture might make the current location work better.
