Id like an islnd. Should i go along width of back winow wall with stove sink refrig

Layout ? 12’ wide room by 20 deep

below pic is the existing kitchen dining area

center hall

movavle island

bottom ohoto is existing kitchen

arch on too between kitchen and dining

no wall pantrys one side or split as in oic

You need to post a floor plan (preferably to scale) with ALL dimensions. Only real way to get any advice. See this link for New To Kitchen Post

Post an ACCURATE. to . the. inch . and fraction of the current condition, every wall, window, passage and where those lead........

Graph paper is fine, so get off the computer. Use a sturdy tape measure, a sharp and bold pencil, and 1/4 " to one foot graph paper. Two boxes will equal one foot and note each dimension.then come back below in a comment box with the UPLOADED JPEG.

FORGET an island......can not be done on 12' : )
