My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    These were custom built, which isn't as daunting as it sounds. There are many local manufacturers who can make them in most metropolitan areas. This house is in LA, I don't remember the specific manufacturer but someone like B & B doors & Windows www.bandbdoors.com could make them.
