So much will depend on the space and the size of the chairs . Why do they need to be swivel? I find the easiest if only work wit this space cut out some carboard to the size of the cairs and lay them out on the floor do you mean an ottoman for each chair. I need the plan and a bit more info

11 x 11 will be very tight

Good advice from Bev only I’d say the middle section would be closer to 6’ (3’ diameter ottoman or table vs an 18” footstool). Can you get away with just 2 really comfortable chairs OR can you ditch the L layout and do 4 chairs facing each other - a plan of your space with window locations, doors, etc would help.

Check the measurements of apartment size furniture to see if it works.
Apartment size furniture is usually a bit smaller in size.

IMO no coffee table just 2 end tables between each pair of chairs might work no ottomans
