A Collected Retailer Catalogue?

I had read somewhere, maybe on Reddit or HelpMeFind that someone on the internet has a list of where you can buy just about any cultivar and it's updated fairly regularly. They mentioned having to pay for it but I don't mind as I'm looking for a sort of rare Barden rose that isn't in band form.


Anyone happen to know what I'm talking about or did I just happen to imagine this lol?
