As noted in the original e-mail, the plans for this garage, dormer and cupola were custom designed for the Newton client. These plans remain the property of the previous client. The framing plans were provided along with the dimension floor plan and also remain as part of the owner's package.

The answer to your question related to the size is that the garage measurements taken from from the outside of the 2X6 walls are 21'-11" deep by 26'-9"wide. The measurements do not take interior landing or the four steps leading through the mud room. The stairway landing, the entry door, and the stairs take up and additional 4'-10 1/2" by 13'-7 1/4" and are located on the right side of the garage. You can see the window on the right where the stairway entry is located. These are required to allow you to connect the garage, as shown, to the house as pictured in other Newton house one

Thank you for your thorough response.....my question is more general...I have a lake lot that measures 80-85 feet across and 200 feet deep...I just wanted to see if House and
garage as shown in the picture would fit on my lot
