We've had a few issues since recently moving into a slightly older riverfront house in Beverly Hills. I think the house has great potential, but there have been two water damage issues that have caused a mitigation company to tear out all of one ground floor bathroom, and the floor in the second, along with marble flooring in our dining room and Brazilian cherry laminate in the kitchen nook. What we really need is a design/build company that can give us some good ideas, perhaps renderings of the finished product, and ideas on how to put this mess back together.

In the end, we'd love to have a more cohesive living area. At the moment nothing feels ... "right" about the house and many items are mismatched, including flooring and paint and so on. There is no general flow to the layout, and perhaps someone with a good eye can give us pointers and even do the work if we like the design and the terms.
