Hi, we are doing full kitchen remodel and I'm going crazy researching pro ranges... we almost settled on a thermador and then read that the cooling fan is super loud. We would rather not pay more than $6K. Definitely want sealed burners so bluestar is out. Viking and Wolf are expensive and kind of overly industrial looking to me. Kitchenaid seems to have a bunch of electrical problems. The reviews for all of them seem terrible. American Range seems to have some good reviews, but apparently has no spacers to connect to a counter so the food can fall through this space. Any nice solutions to solve this? Does anyone have an American Range (Cuisine series) that they are happy or unhappy with?
