You must not remember me. I was the PM on this project in Morristown. I was working for a Contractor at the time and was tasked with running this particular project. It was my job to execute your design. I handled all logistics, procurement, scheduling,communications, hiring and and managing of subcontractors and real time budget management. I have great pride in this job both as a manger and a carpenter. It was a tremendous undertaking. It was incredibly fun and I had the pleasure of working hand in hand with the Owners who are simply some of the best people you would want to know. This job was the catalyst that started AJD Builders. With this experience under my belt I knew it was time to start my own business.
