lucidos, I'm dying of laughter which I definitely need today. ...and yes there's a story to that curtain. I have a two story entryway that has an arched window over the entry door. I didn't want to cover up the view with draperies/blinds as a solution to stop the glare when watching tv in the family room. That was the next best thing. I think my husband will kill me if I spend more money in a different room at present. I can move things around but not spend money. Focus is the bathroom. I'll post pics of my revised setup later with a new post. btw, how do you delete a thread. I'm thinking I shouldn't do anything until I'm ready to act, don't you?

Well then...we'll have to look for a larger one :) Seriously if there is an architectural salvage place near you ...ask your handy man what size door...after trim out best width would be 38". Ohhh and a stained glass transom... Ok Ok I'll stop...

aye Chihuahua, you sure have ideas lucidos. never even thought about that. I'll have to slow the horses down, as you know, for now. drapes for that length weren't cheap and poor hubby has just gone with the flow so far. I'm stepping lightly right now. really laughing.
