My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    This issue supposedly is that kids might climb the cables like a ladder. I frequently offset a wider rail to the inside so a climber will have a harder time getting over the rail.

      The posts are cased with pvc cladding. The rails are 2 x mahogany.

      So the post is a wood product and you encased it with white PVC or is 100% PVC? This a beautiful deck! Wish you guys had office out on west coast!

      You can do it either way. In this case we sleeved prefabbed pvc over a 4 x 4 PT post. We would be happy to entertain a project on the West coast. So far the furthest project we worked on was in Colorado.
